Logan Property has developed over 150 residential projects, mostly in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Logan Property is 26th in China Top 100 Real Estate Developers in 2018 as testimony to its brand and service recognition.

In 2017, the group started to venture on to overseas project development. The group’s first foray into Singapore real estate was Stirling Residences. An iconic project located at the city’s fringe and within 3 minutes walk to Queenstown MRT. The project was a joint-development with Nanshan Group.
