The 1,410-unit Florence Residences opened its showflat for preview on 16-17 February, a weekend. About 4,000 visitors visited the showflat of the mega project helmed by Hong Kong-listed developer, Logan Property. The preview attracted a large host of buyers of different pedigree, such as young couples, families with small children, multi-generational families and investors. Due to the development’s wide selection of units (from 1-5 bedrooms), the huge variety of condo facilities (128 facilities) and the attractive concept of a private condo residency with exclusive access to 12 unique club lifestyle, it attracted a huge turnout that weekend.
